Digital products are delivered instantly to your parent account after purchase.

If a download does not work, contact us and we will fix it or refund the purchase.

You may cancel your Star Explorer Club membership at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Payments are not active yet. This policy will be finalised before checkout opens.
